and we are committed to honor our relationship, using great care

| Personal Information, as used herein,
refers to any information regarding the client, and has to be the
information that the same client in question is able to distinguish. |
 Purposes
of Collecting the Information and Ways to Limit Use or Disclosure |
We use the personal information submitted
by our clients solely to process the application, to
provide any service that the clients requested, or to inform them
on any new services.
Whenever we decide to form a business affiliation with another
corporation, we exchange a strict agreement on our duty of information
security and the right to audit with the partners. Also, we limit
our information disclosure only to the information that is necessary
to the service after our clients consent to such disclosure in
case when our disclosure may infringe the rights of our clients.
However, in following cases, such limitations may not be in force.

| ANA CARD U.S.Aでは入会手続き、お客様が要求されたサービスの提供、新しい商品・サービスのご紹介などの目的のためにのみ利用します。ビジネスパートナーとして選定した会社と提携してサービスを提供する場合には、情報管理義務や監査の権利について厳しい契約を取り交わすことになっております。また、お客様の権利利益を侵害する可能性のある情報を開示する場合は、お客様の同意を得たうえで、サービスに必要な情報に限定します。但し下記の場合はその限りではありません。 |

To protect the data security to process the application online,
our servers use the encryption called technology 128 bit Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) to shield your personal information from unauthorized
parties. However, because of the nature of the Internet as a system,
we cannot fully guarantee the security of the data transfer.
Also, we are unable to process the online applications for those
who do not have SSL-compatible browser. We apologize for any inconvenience.
