(1,500 Bonus Miles will be awarded by the end of the September 2008. If Referrer is a family member of an ANA CARD U.S.A. Cardmember, please inform the Primary Cardmember's ANA Mileage Number to Referee. 1,500 Bonus Miles will be added to Primary Cardmember's ANA Mileage Club Account. Regarding Bonus Miles Accumulation
Person who refers applicants (Referrer-ANA CARD U.S.A Cardmember): 1,500 miles for each referral (unlimited referrals)
Person who is referred (Referee- ANA CARD U.S.A applicant): 1,500 miles (One per applicant during campaign period)
For both Referrer and Referee's 1,500 Bonus Miles will be awarded by the end of the September 2008 if applicant is approved.
If Referee's ANA CARD U.S.A. account is closed before the Bonus Mileage Accumulation, it will not be eligible for the campaign.

※ Upon applying for ANA CARD U.S.A. through internet, please enter the Referrer's ANA Mileage Number into Campaign Code Section.
