completed by entering the primary cardholder’s ANA Mileage Club Membership Number and password.

- Bonus Miles will be credited to the ANA CARD U.S.A. primary cardholder’s ANA Mileage Club account by the end of February 2026.
- Purchases do not include balance transfers, cash advances, or fees of any kind, including an annual fee.
- Purchase transactions posted to your account outside of the campaign period do not qualify as eligible purchases. In addition, the purchases will be the purchase amount after refunds and cash back from merchants have been deducted during the campaign period.
