  2. Purchase an ANA ticket within the ticketing period: April 13, 2026 (Mon) to September 30, 2026 (Wed), with the boarding period as described in item 3.
    \r\nNote: It is not mandatory to use your new ANA CARD USA Plus to purchase your ANA ticket to qualify for the e-gift card.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Board ANA flights: Flights must be eligible transpacific flights operated by ANA between April 13, 2026 (Mon) and September 30, 2026 (Wed). Codeshare flights with an ANA (NH) flight number operated by a partner airline are not eligible.<\/li>\r\n
  4. Accrue all flight miles to the eligible ANA Mileage Club account linked to the corresponding primary card holder to qualify for the $100 e-gift card.

    \r\nNote: Enrollment in ANA CARD USA Plus and card approval after the dates above may still qualify for an e-gift card, which will be sent once your ANA CARD USA Plus is approved and issued.<\/li>\r\n
  5. A participant may retroactively request mileage credit to their ANA Mileage Club account for an eligible flight no later than October 9, 2026 (Fri) at 23:59 PST. Mileage credit requests not submitted by this deadline will not qualify for the campaign e-gift card.\r\n<\/li>\r\n
  6. The e-gift card eligibility is limited to newly approved ANA CARD USA Plus primary cardholders for this campaign and does not apply to accompanying travelers. Only one (1) e-gift card will be distributed per approved cardholder, regardless of the number of flights flown during the promotional period.<\/li>\r\n
  7. Receiving the e-gift card: e-gift cards will be sent to the registered email in the ANA Mileage Club account. Please ensure that your email address is correct and up to date. Emails will be sent from rewards@reward.tremendous.com on behalf of ANA.<\/li>\r\n
  8. By claiming the e-gift card, you agree to allow ANA to share the minimum information required with Tremendous in order to generate your gift code.
