Personal Identification Number (PIN)<\/h2><\/div>\r\n

To use your card for cash advances at ATMs, you will be required to set up your Personal Identification Number (PIN). <\/h3>\r\n

\r\nTo set up your custom PIN and you have registered your Social Security Number with us, please use our automated system by calling 1-800-446-9183 or log on to your online account at card.fnbo.com<\/a>. If you have not registered your Social Security Number, you will need to contact our customer service and have a randomly generated PIN mailed to you. Your PIN will arrive in the mail 7 – 10 business days later.

Use your online account to do all your everyday banking such as viewing your recent transactions, current balance, and make a payment. You may also make changes to your account like updating your mailing address and setting up AutoPay.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

For your first-time use, you will need to enter your U.S. bank account information into your online account.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

AutoPay<\/h3>\r\n

You may also register for AutoPay which will allow us to automatically withdraw your payment on the due date each month. To register for AutoPay, please log on to your online account or call our customer service with your banking information ready. <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Payment by check<\/h3>\r\n

Please insert the top perforated section of your statement and the payment check into the provided return envelope, then send it by mail. Make the check payable to First National Bank of Omaha and write your card account number on it. We recommend mailing your payment at least 5 business days before the due date.<\/p>\r\n
