Paperless Statements are available for your convenience and can be viewed after you log in to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.card.fnbo.com\/\" class=\"link-color3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">card.fnbo.com <i class=\"fa-regular fa-arrow-up-right-from-square\"><\/i><\/a><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"component-wrap component-wrap--end py-5\" id=\"fraud\">\r\n<div class=\"row gy-4\">\r\n<div class=\"col-lg-6\"><h2 class=\"component-wrap__title\">Unauthorized Transaction<\/h2><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"col-lg-18\">\r\n<p class=\"mb-0\">If you find any unauthorized transactions or are being billed differently from that agreed upon, please follow these steps.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"component-flow-wrap mt-md\">\r\n<div class=\"component-flow-wrap__num\">01.<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"component-flow-wrap__txt\">\r\n<h3 class=\"h-sm\">Contact the merchants<\/h3>\r\n<p class=\"mb-0\">In most cases, you will be able to see a phone number next to the transaction on your statement. Please contact this merchant to verify it is correct or not. At times, the name that appears on your statement may be different from the brand.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"component-flow-wrap\">\r\n<div class=\"component-flow-wrap__num\">02.<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"component-flow-wrap__txt\">\r\n<h3 class=\"h-sm\">Contact customer service<\/h3>\r\n<p class=\"mb-0\">\r\nIf you are still unsure about the transaction after contacting the merchant, or you were unable to reach them, we may be able to provide some additional information regarding the merchant. Please call our customer service at 1-800-726-5558 for more information.<br>\r\n<br>\r\nIf you still do not recognize the transaction or you learn it was made by someone unauthorized, please follow the next step.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"component-flow-wrap\">\r\n<div class=\"component-flow-wrap__num\">03.<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"component-flow-wrap__txt\">\r\n<h3 class=\"h-sm\">Disputing the transaction<\/h3>\r\n<p class=\"mb-4\">Please fill out the Dispute request form and send it to us by Fax, or by Mail. Disputes are very time sensitive, please respond to any communication received from our Billing Resolution Department.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"component-flow-wrap component-flow-wrap--end\">\r\n<div class=\"component-flow-wrap__num\">05.<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"component-flow-wrap__txt\">\r\n<h3 class=\"h-sm\">Report the result<\/h3>\r\n<p class=\"mb-0\">The investigation may take up to 90 days to complete. Once completed, you will be notified by mail. If you like to contest the results, please notify us in writing explaining why within a reasonable time frame.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<ul class=\"mb-0 list-style-note\">\r\n<li><span>NOTE 1:<\/span>To prevent finance charges from accumulating, we recommend making a payment for your full statement balance, including any transactions being investigated.
