ANA CARD U.S.A. Terms & Conditions
- The ANA CARD U.S.A. VISA credit card is sponsored by All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. and Prestige International USA., Inc. and issued by First Bankcard®, a division of First National Bank of Omaha, pursuant to a license by VISA U.S.A., Inc. Credit Card accounts are issued by First Bankcard®, a division of First National Bank of Omaha. With the exeption of the mileage progam which is administered by All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. , all other services are provided by Prestige International USA, Inc. and First Bankcard®, a division of First National Bank of Omaha. The ANA CARD U.S.A. is separated and distinct from the ANA Card.
- First Bankcard®, a division of First National Bank of Omaha, the issuer of ANA CARD U.S.A. reserves the right to change the account terms should your credit profile change or for other reasons described in the Summary of Credit Terms. All changes in terms will be subject to the requirements of applicable law.
- ANA CARD U.S.A. applicant must be an ANA Mileage Club Member who resides in the U.S. and has a U.S. checking account or an ANA Mileage Club Member who will be transffered to the U.S.
- Based on card usage by the primary card holder and additional card holders, mileage will be accumulated. Mileage will be accumulated automatically in the primary cardholder's ANA Mileage Club account . (For example, if the closing date is March 3rd, the AMC mileswill be reflected on the primaryy cardholder's account on April 22nd.)
- Miles will not be earned on annual fees of ANA CARD U.S.A., balance transfers, cash advances, or convenience checks fees of any kind(including late fees, overlimmit fees, and finance charges), and other non-purchase transactions.
- In the event that the primary cardholder ceases to be a member of ANA Mileage Club due to membership termination or relocation, please notify ANA CARD U.S.A. Service Center to have your account terminated in order to avoid an additional annual fee.
