Based
on ANA CARD U.S.A VISA® credit card usage, mileage points will

Reward points will not be earned on annual fees, balance transfers,
cash advances, or convenience checks.
In
the event that the Primary Card holder ceases to be a member of ANA
Mileage Club due to membership termination or relocation, please
notify the ANA CARD U.S.A. Service Center to have your account terminated
in order to avoid an additional annual fee. |
